Quality Grade Optimization: Manages specifications for up to 200 length categories across 8 quality grades. Automatically downgrades surplus offcuts from higher-grade timber into equivalent lengths in lower grades to maximize total raw material value.
Value Optimization: Calculates cuts based on preset monetary values assigned in the cutting bill, automatically executing cutting patterns that generate the highest total commercial value.
Defect Removal (Defect Docking): Selectively docks and eliminates natural wood defects such as knots, splits, cracks, and rot.
Quantity-Based Optimization: Optimizes cutting schedules according to live order quantities, automatically tracking and completing required target counts across all part specifications.
Longest-Length Priority Cutting: Always prioritizes cutting the longest required dimensions in the cutting list first to preserve maximum stock integrity.
Width Optimization: Automatically selects the optimal processing program from 16 preset cutting lists based on the detected width of the incoming workpiece.
Combined / Reclaim Cutting: Merges short components and usable offcuts/scrap timber into uniform blocks designated for finger-jointing, significantly reducing overall material waste.
