Features of CNC Router Machine
- The five-axis machining center can process spatial curved surfaces, special shapes, and complex workpieces through mechanized processing, quickly improving processing efficiency and shortening the processing process.
- Five-axis linkage can process various rotating surfaces and is suitable for large-scale three-dimensional curved surface processing;
- Tool changing in seconds (switching between tool heads in less than 1 second) improves the quality of processed products and processing efficiency;
- It can process flat surfaces, curved surfaces, inclined surfaces, oblique holes, two- and three-dimensional curved surfaces and three-dimensional lines. The workpiece blank is clamped and positioned at one time, and five-axis linkage milling, engraving, drilling, sawing and other functions can be realized in all directions in the five-dimensional space;
- Used for roughing and finishing of complex workpieces such as solid wood and special shapes;
