Edge banding glue
Each products and sticker color is also very diverse. Depending on the color of the product, the edge glue also has a similar color. Glue comes in a variety of colors such as white, chicken fat yellow, brown, clear yellow, etc.
Edge glue temperature
- Low-temperature edge glue: temperature 130 – 150 degrees Celsius
- Medium temperature edge glue: temperature 170 – 190 degrees Celsius
- High-temperature edge glue: temperature 190 – 210 degrees Celsius
Maintenance of automatic edge banding machine
- Overall cleaning of the machine: Regularly clean the machine after each working day, spray compressed air to clean the dust inside the slot of the machine, and check the suction system and vacuum cleaner.
- Take the remaining glue in the glue pot and clean the glue pot.
- Grease parts: cut head and tail, round corners.
- Clean the head and tail cutting part, and wipe the stopper with a clean cloth soaked in alcohol.
- Clean copy discs.
- Clean the corner parts, wipe off the glue on the machine parts
- Use steam to clean the entire inside (Conveyor belt, slider + bearings, Bearing, Gear sensor + lead screw) and outside of the machine and workplace
