• It uses a Taiwan Honeywell encoder, an Airtac Taiwan cylinder, and a switch from Japan SMC.
• The motor is designed to drive the lead screw with precision, providing fast and accurate positioning with just one click.
• The thread feeder is suitable for threads ranging from 0.4-3mm, while the turntable rotates on spline thrust bearings with a diameter of 750mm.
• The retractable support table can be extended up to 450mm, and it has rollers to support the machining of larger parts.
• The pressure bar is made of torsion-resistant steel, and its working part height can be manually adjusted from 8-60mm.
• The press bar is lifted and lowered by a 0.37kw motor, and the upper sets of rollers are arranged alternately with two rows of rollers, ensuring pressure is evenly distributed on the workpiece.
• Control the distance between working parts with signal lights.
