Two-head wide belt sander – operating guide
Step 1: Preparation
Power Supply: 3-Phase – 380V
Working Air Pressure: 0.5 – 0.6 MPa
Step 2: Startup Sequence: Sequentially press the start buttons for each sanding unit, then turn on the feed conveyor.
Step 3: Parameter Setting: Measure the workpiece thickness and input the value into the designated field on the touchscreen display.
Step 4: Sanding Operation: Place the workpiece onto the feed conveyor belt to begin the sanding process.
