Quoc Duy introduces the Modular kitchen cabinet production line (35 sets/8 hours) Designed with an automated workflow and a highly logical layout, the system seamlessly integrates board cutting, edge banding, joint drilling, and final packaging. This solution enables businesses to optimize labor costs, boost output, ensure consistent product quality, and effectively meet large-scale production demands.
LAYOUT MODULAR KITCHEN CABINET PRODUCTION LINE (35 SETS/8 HOURS)

1. Board Cutting Stage
The stock-cutting area is positioned at the beginning of the production line, directly adjacent to the raw material warehouse. This layout shortens transport distances, optimizes production flow, and boosts operational efficiency.
The system combines a CNC Nesting Machine and a Panel Saw to handle a wide range of processing requirements:
CNC Nesting Machine: Responsible for cutting layout optimization (nesting), machining complex shapes, and performing basic drilling and milling in a single setup—reducing manual handling and minimizing errors.
Panel Saw: Paired with an automatic hydraulic lifting and board-feeding table, it handles straight-line, standard-sized panels at high speeds, ensuring consistent accuracy, increasing output, and reducing manual labor.
After completing the cutting process, all panels are transferred onto a central roller conveyor system that automatically feeds them to the edge banding area. This establishes a continuous production flow, reduces transit times, and enhances the overall efficiency of the entire line.
Specialized Application: Ideal for cabinet box/carcass cutting (multi-sheet panel stacking).
High Output: Achieves a productivity rate of >200 sheets per shift.
Specialized Application: Ideal for cutting cabinet doors and custom/irregularly shaped components.
Productivity: Achieves an output of ~60 – 80 sheets per shift.
2. Edge Banding Stage
After cutting, the workpieces are transferred to the edge banding system, which includes:
10-Function Straight Edge Banding Machine with Corner Rounding
Straight and Beveled Edge Banding Machine with Integrated 45-Degree Chamfering Unit
Depending on processing requirements, workpieces are automatically routed to the appropriate machine. The intermediate roller conveyor serves as a buffer, balancing the production tempo between the cutting and edge banding stages, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring continuous line operation.
Parallel Processing: Features two multi-function edge banding machines operating simultaneously at processing speeds of 12 – 18 m/min per machine.
High Output Capability: Efficiently handles an average requirement of 100 – 120 linear meters of edge banding per kitchen cabinet set.
Automated Return System: Integrates an automatic panel return conveyor on the straight edge bander for continuous multi-side banding—maximizing time savings and reducing labor requirements.
3. Joint Drilling Stage
After edge banding, components are transferred to:
6-Side CNC Drilling Machine with 3 Drilling Units: Performs drilling for connection holes, hinge holes, and dowel pin holes according to CNC programming.
2-Way 4-Head Cam Lock Drilling Machine: Specialized in processing cam lock connections, ensuring high precision.
Separating these two drilling operations reduces machining time, boosts productivity, and ensures consistent assembly quality across all components.
High-Speed Processing: Delivers ultra-fast machining speeds (approx. 2–3 minutes per finished panel, depending on the number of drilled holes or milled profiles).
High Production Capacity: Capable of processing 18 – 22 kitchen cabinet sets per shift.
- 2-Head CNC Boring Machine: Capacity approx. 7 – 10 kitchen cabinet sets/shift (depending on the number of drilling or milling holes).
4. Flexible Rework & Custom Sample Processing
To ensure uninterrupted automated production line operation, a sliding table saw is positioned off the main line to handle:
Local error correction / Spot rework
Small-batch & custom piece processing
Quick adjustments for non-standard workpieces
This layout prevents main-line disruption and significantly increases overall manufacturing flexibility.
4. Packaging Phase
After final machining, workpieces pass through a PE protective film wrapping machine to safeguard surfaces and prevent scratches during transit. Products are then sorted, paired into sets, and packaged according to individual orders.
A roller conveyor system ensures continuous workpiece transfer, reducing manual handling and boosting overall packaging efficiency.
5. Shipping & Outbound Logistics
After packaging, finished products are transferred directly to the warehousing or dispatch area, facilitating storage and loading operations.
The finished product flow is organized separately from raw material intake, optimizing internal factory logistics, ensuring operational safety, and enhancing overall workflow efficiency.
