CNC cut off saw machine – CFS 200AB is designed to automatically detect and cut out wood defects such as knots, surface scratches, termite damage, and decay. It is widely used in mass production lines for laminated wood panels and finger-jointed timber.
Features of CNC cut off saw machine
- Effective when using composite wood
- Use existing combination programs to ensure the remaining blank length can be reused
- The touch screen is accompanied by icon instructions to help the operator take the guesswork out and operate the machine more easily.
- The controller provides 4 axes of control and high-speed computing. It can cut maximum defects for 20 sets of workpieces of different sizes.
- Using a USB connection, production statistical data can be transferred to an Excel file on the computer
- Using a USB connection, software upgrades and troubleshooting can be performed.
- Use a Mitsubishi servo motor for the bar feeding system with a high bar feeding speed
- The cross cutting saw machine is designed with 7 sets of pressure rollers on the top and bottom to help the machine stay stable when operating, especially when cutting curved wood.
- Cutting motion is controlled by a servo motor. Compared to pneumatic actuation it has higher efficiency without consuming much air (Optional)
