Advanced Integrated Technology: Integrates a Human-Machine Interface (HMI), CNC technology, and combined electro-mechanical, optical, and hydraulic systems. The machine automatically measures and controls workpiece feeding, preliminary pre-jointing, top-flattening for offset joint alignment, continuous end-joint pressing, and automatic cross-cutting to pre-set lengths.
Superior High-Throughput Performance: Utilizes a dual-chain system for infeed and pre-jointing with adjustable feeding speeds. The continuous finger-joint pressing sequence is fully automated, delivering seamless operation and flexible cycle speeds.
Consistent Output Quality: Once the pre-jointed blanks are positioned, an optional vertical top-press mechanism flattens the timber to eliminate high-low joint mismatching. Continuous longitudinal pressing force can be flexibly adjusted.
Safe & Reliable Operation: High-precision sensor arrays combined with user-optimized controls guarantee smooth, safe, and ultra-stable equipment performance.
