Clamping Mechanism: Each vertical column is powered by an independent hydraulic cylinder. The 15-meter long machine is equipped with 37 hydraulic cylinders. Each cylinder can be individually controlled from any position according to the workpiece requirements, providing effortless operation, high clamping force, and a dedicated pressure-holding function.
PLC Automated Control: Fully controlled via PLC, enabling simultaneous multi-cylinder pressure compensation and pressure relief on demand—significantly boosting operational efficiency and reducing cycle time.
