      Natural Wood Door Manufacturing in Only 6 Production Stages

      Normally, manufacturing a natural wood door requires multiple processing and assembly steps. A complete wooden door consists of two main parts: Door Frame and Door Leaf. Today, technology continues to improve and develop rapidly, making natural wood door production easier while achieving superior quality and productivity. Quoc Duy has continuously researched and optimized its production lines, especially developing a natural wood door manufacturing process completed in only 6 STAGES. This is currently one of the most efficient and cost-effective wood door manufacturing solutions.

      Stage 1: Standardizing Door Blank Dimensions

      After kiln drying, wood blanks are gathered at a fixed location and jointed into long timber pieces or large panels.

      The next step is cutting and sizing to form the structural components of the door, including rails, stiles, and door panels.

      Various machines can be applied during this stage. Each machine model has specific advantages, therefore manufacturers must properly arrange equipment suitable for each processing step.
