- This particular line of inclined edge banding machine can glue boards up to 32mm thick. It is designed to work with a variety of thread types such as veneer, PVC, MDF, and others. The machine comes equipped with a touchscreen interface that allows you to set the glue pot temperature as per your requirement, saving time and effort in reheating the glue.
- The machine boasts a 45-degree bevel assembly and a smooth surface, which makes it perfect for the inclined gluing process. It comes with two integrated glue pots – one inclined-edge roller pot and another straight-edge roller pot. Additionally, it has two sets of straight and inclined pressing rollers along with a specially designed tilting roller assembly that helps adjust lifting and tilting automatically, quickly, and easily.
- The auto edge banding machine is further enhanced with an integrated UV drying lamp that helps keep the glue temperature suitable for the splint pressing process, increasing adhesion between the splint and the edge of the board. With the loading mechanism, the machine designs a tail-cutting cluster located behind the top and bottom thread trimming cluster, helping the glued product maximize aesthetics.
- The machine is also improved with a digital clock mounted directly on the function cluster of the top and bottom thread trimmer and glue scraper cluster, making calibration easier and more accurate.
