Structure of 2-sided planer with 4 inches of straight knife
Taiwanese double-sided planer is designed into 2 parts, top and bottom. And these two parts are securely connected together with a system of nuts, lead screws and bolts. Thanks to this design, you can adjust the distance between the two knife axes easily and quickly. Below are details of the 2 parts of the 2-sided rolling planer:
- The upper part of the machine includes: conveyor belt, raw billet roll and calculated billet roll. There are also upper knife shafts, fine blank ballast parts and rough workpiece ballast parts.
- The lower part of the 2-sided planer includes: the lower knife shaft, the workpiece table and especially the mechanism that can change the planing depth.
