This is a multi-functional machine integrating three devices into one, allowing a single machine in the factory to easily handle various processes such as routing concealed handle profiles, Lamello joinery slots, grooving/slatting, drilling lock and hinge holes, 45-degree beveling, 4-edge trimming, etc.
9kW automatic tool changer spindle with a 12-tool magazine provides high flexibility during product machining.
High-power saw blade unit delivers fast cutting speeds combined with a scoring saw blade to ensure smooth cut edges without chipping.
Specially engineered automatic belt feeder system that can be adjusted according to workpiece width, featuring vacuum suction pod positioning automatically driven by servo motors.
Manual feeding work area utilizes premium Schmalz vacuum suction pods (Germany).
Heavy-duty machine frame design guarantees stable operation during machining, preventing vibration.
