Features of vertical hydraulic press
- The solid steel platens on this machine have holes that allow circulation of hot thermic oil. This guarantees perfect gluing. The platens are ground to ensure perfect flatness and easy maintenance, which prevents glue from spilling. If needed, ground and polished pressing surfaces can be provided for special applications.
- The thermic oil heating technology is ideal for activating the glue for perfect gluing.
- This machine has six cylinders with a double rack and pinion arrangement, two lengthwise and two widthwise. The cylinders have synchronized lifting movement.
- The hydraulic unit is mounted securely in the middle of the lower part of the press, which removes any possibility of damage to the motor, pump, and other aggregates.
- To ensure added safety for the operator, the machine has an emergency safety rope all around the periphery.
- The machine also has a 5.6” PLC Touch screen for easy setting and quick monitoring of the functions.
