This equipment is primarily used for rapid heating and gluing the end grains of wood components in furniture manufacturing, allowing the glue to cure quickly at the joints and saving time.
Suitable for various shapes and interface styles.
The machine features a compact design, making it easy to move, with a flexible and convenient handheld heating head.
It can be used to dry individual glue spots on wood or process an entire glue line between two wood pieces. The machine works with water-based glues ranging from PVA (white glue) to aliphatic resin glues.
It evaporates moisture almost instantly, allowing the glue to cure very quickly and boosting work efficiency.
High efficiency: Utilizes high-frequency heating, only applying heat to the joint location with a heating time of just a few seconds.
Space-saving: Lightweight machine body, easy to move around, and takes up minimal space.
Easy to use: Handheld heating head offers flexible and convenient operation.
