Features of bench-type riveting machine
- The machine is specially designed for the electrical and audio industry, used for riveting very small rivets for products such as speakers, etc. It features an attractive design, automatic feeding system, high precision, and stable operation.
- The machine is driven by a servo motor, which helps reduce noise and ensures smoother and more stable performance. The riveting speed can be adjusted for convenient operation.
- The lower die can be customized to roll edges, form 6 petals, or be processed according to customer requirements, making it convenient for subsequent soldering processes.
- The distance between two rivets is adjustable (12 mm – 60 mm), and the maximum speaker diameter that can be processed is up to 12 inches.
- The feeding hopper is equipped with a speed-adjustable motor, allowing flexible control of fast/slow feeding. Rivets are fed by a brush system to prevent surface scratches.
