This machine is a Polishing Machine designed to polish plane panels that are finished with polyester, polyurethane, or other types of paint. The machine is also used for polishing water-based paints that are commonly used in some European countries. The machine has a rugged welded steel structure that guarantees its stability and long life.
To ensure that small pieces are well-polished, the machine is built with a vacuum table. Two polish rolls are made up of cotton disks. One roll is perpendicular to the working direction, while the second roll inclines at 10 degrees. This allows the second roll to remove the processing marks left on the panel by the first roll. The two rolls have a swinging movement perpendicular to the panels to be processed. This system has been designed to ensure a higher finishing quality.
This machine requires fewer passages and provides a consequent increase in production.
