The PUR Glue Laminate/PVC Laminating Line includes the following machines:

1. 3m Roller Conveyor

• The conveyor frame is laser-cut, laser-punched, and CNC-bent from Q235A sheet metal, ensuring high precision, smooth transmission, and a solid, reliable structure. The surface is finished with powder coating and baked paint.
• The rollers are constructed from twelve Ø80mm single-sided smooth steel pipes with a 3mm wall thickness, delivering stable conveying, galvanized surface treatment, and long-lasting durability.
• Featuring a roller length of 1350mm, it utilizes a chain drive system for smooth transmission, low vibration, and an extended service life.
• The conveyor rollers are arranged in an inclined/skewed pattern to effectively prevent workpiece displacement during feeding.

2. Automatic dust blowing machine

• The dust cleaner in the PUR laminate/PVC laminating line is equipped with powerful air knives for efficient dust removal.
• It features double-sided cleaning brushes with a Ø160mm diameter, powered by independent motors to maximize dust elimination from the workpiece surface. Equipped with upper, lower, and side dust extraction hoods along with a high-capacity exhaust fan, it ensures highly effective dust discharge.

3. 3-Roller Glue Spreader

• The glue spreader in the PUR laminate/PVC laminating line utilizes independent motors for each roller, ensuring smooth transmission, even glue application, and preventing streak marks during operation.
• The glue application roller features a Ø240mm diameter and is made of imported high-temperature-resistant silicone. The metering roller, also with a Ø240mm diameter, is made of ceramic, offering high glue precision control and exceptional durability.
• The machine has an internal frame width of 1514mm. Both the rubber roller and steel roller have a working width of 1350mm, while the bottom roller has a working width of 1300mm with a specially designed profile.

6. Automatic Paper, Laminate & PVC Laminating Machine

• Equipped with two sets of Ø320mm rollers with a body length of 1350mm, utilizing a total of 4 rubber rollers for laminating. The first surface roller is a rubber roller, the second is a steel roller (heat-controllable/heatable), and the drive roller is a Ø320mm rubber roller.
• The drive roller is driven by an independent motor, ensuring smooth transmission without vibration or jerkiness.
• In the laminate coating line, the laminating machine features motorized lifting and touch-screen control for simple, precise operation and pneumatically applied pressure.
• The film/paper unwinding shaft is an air expandable shaft equipped with a magnetic powder brake and automatic tension control, ensuring a smooth bonding process.

7. 3m Roller Conveyor

Positioned at the end of the PUR laminate/PVC laminating line for finished product output, this conveyor features a roller table design that allows easy workpiece discharge while preventing surface scratches.

8. PUR glue Melter

• Features centralized PLC control.
• It is an integrated mechatronic system combining temperature heating control, pressure control, fluid distribution, and extrusion coating functions.
• Solid hot-melt glue is heated and rapidly melted into a liquid state within the container drum, collecting at the bottom of the pressure platen. Once the operating temperature is reached, the motor drives the gear pump to draw in and pressurize the molten adhesive, which then flows through a filtration unit, a heated hose, and the hot-melt applicator body before being discharged through the nozzle. Precisely controlled by an inverter, the motor speed remains stable with fast response tracking, delivering uniform and consistent glue output—ideal for precision quantitative coating applications.
