Rough/ Fine trimming
Remove excess trim and use a pneumatic rolling knife adjustment device for faster edge adjustments during the combined rough and fine milling process.
Rounded corners
The board assembly has been upgraded with four board clusters, which proactively detect and accurately handle board edges.
Scraping 1/2 – Shave flat
A device that uses air pressure to scrape the board’s surface and remove ripples, excess hot melt glue, and flatten the edge strip.
Buffing
Dual ball gear units are independently controlled. To achieve a smoother and cleaner glued edge, excess hot melt adhesive should be removed.
