Features of automatic edge bander
- SCM Italy’s Olimpic K560 straight edge banding machine is a fully automatic edge banding machine using hot glue on straight boards on all 4 edges, finishing and rounding product corners.
- The machine body is sturdy, has a well-ventilated design, is easy to clean, and has good vibration resistance.
- The workpiece moves by 2 rows of 2-layer rubber-coated rollers, moving gently. Precision blank press.
- The machine is controlled by separate software on the touch screen.
- Functions include edge milling, glue rolling, thread gluing, end cutting, top and bottom milling, corner milling, shaping, and cleaning of boards.

Fast and accurate machining between 2 different radii, thin edges, and hardwood through control axes, can be processed with any type of board
The smart glue pot can use PUR glue and EVA glue, saving glue in the best way by measuring the amount of glue and rollers. Switching between PUR and EVA glue is simpler
AirFusion technology allows thread placement without using glue. Therefore, ensure that the joints between the board edge & the glued thread are completely free of glue lines.
