Durable chain conveyor: Workpieces are placed on the conveyor and continuously pushed through the saw blades.
Flexible speed adjustment: The 2 kW infeed motor integrates an inverter, allowing you to vary the speed from 5 to 20 m/min depending on the thickness and characteristics of the wood type, which protects the saw blades and optimizes productivity.
Equipped with a 7-inch touch screen and a PLC controller, enabling operators to easily set parameters and adjust dimensions with higher precision compared to traditional mechanical machines.
Robustly designed machine frame ensures stable operation and prevents vibration during workpiece processing.
Highly flexible processing length, ranging from short pieces of 300 mm up to a maximum long bar of 2600 mm.
The machine is widely applied for cutting both ends of bed slats, table legs, chair legs, door frame components, or industrial laminate flooring.
