Includes 3 main steps: cutting material to remove defects, smoothing both surfaces, and straight edge ripping.
✅ A. Cutting to standardize material dimensions
1. Cross-cut saw machine
- The machine operates with a simple mechanism, easy to use.
- The cylinder is controlled by a foot pedal switch; pressing the pedal pushes the saw blade up and returns to its original position when released.
2. Defect removal cutting machine
- The defect removal cutting machine is programmed with intelligent cutting.
- Fast cutting speed, productivity 3 ~ 5 times higher than manual cutting.

1. Single-side planer

- Ability to smooth both sides quickly and accurately.

- After achieving uniform length and smoothing both surfaces.

2. Continuous double-end tenoning machine RH 86A
The 4-side 6-spindle planer mills grooves on both sides. This machine further mills joints at both ends of the material.
The double-end machine combines cutting and milling at both ends with joint forming.
3. Sanding system
After completing detailed processing, the next step is surface smoothing.
