T1
A single motor is encased in a sturdy aluminum fork, creating a compact and rigid unit ideal for machining where minimal space is required, such as in mold manufacturing. It comes in varying power and rotation speed options, and its cooling system can be either air or liquid-based, depending on the intended application. The motor’s impressive power and torque make it suitable for working with aluminum alloys, using a nebulized lubrication system.

T3
The head is comprised of three independent motors housed in a hardened aluminum fork, creating a perfectly rigid and compact unit. This design makes it ideal for jobs that require at least one motor with no encumbrances underneath. Additionally, this feature enables the head to work on elements at the same level as the main table surface, such as boring table tops.

T4
The electro-spindle motors are situated within a hardened aluminum casting that’s both rigid and compact in structure. There are 4 independent motors, each with its spindle, and the working head is composed of 4 tangentially arranged motors. This configuration is ideal for classic 5-axis machining with limited space.

T5
The electro-spindle motors are located in a hardened aluminum casting of a rigid and compact structure. There are four independent motors and five spindles in total. The working head has four motors arranged in a cross configuration, consisting of three independent single spindle motors and one horizontal double spindle motor. With the double spindle motor in an axial position, it allows for specific operations at the table extremities with no interference and in narrow working areas, in addition to the classic five-axis machining.

The drum-type tool changer
Available with 8, 12, and 20 positions and can be used on heads of type T1, T3, T4R, and T5 with HSK F63/F80 connection. The heavy-duty grippers are equipped with specialized spring steel, ensuring maximum stability and safety. The rotation is managed as an additional NC axis, providing absolute precision in positioning. The drum’s high speed and the X-axis’s rapid movement make for a very fast tool change.

Tandem
The setup comprises four mobile traverses, two per table. Each traverse has two vacuum cups which can be adjusted in the X direction. The cups can be adjusted in the Y direction as well, which makes it easier to adapt the system to the dimensions and shape of the pieces being worked on. The cups are ready for vacuum connection and have a groove for attaching pneumatic clamping cylinders. Additionally, the cups can be removed to lay the jig directly on the traverses, which increases the Z-axis working area.
Flat R1
Working tables made of lexicon for the vacuum clamping of pieces. The surface is shaped for using the rubber gasket which delimits the vacuum used area.
